Coming soon: Fit Minded Peer Mentoring Study!
Dr. Huberty is conducting a study using peer mentors to facilitate Fit Minded. The study will begin in August and will last for four months. We will be conducting two sessions in Phoenix. One session will take place during the lunch hour on the ASU Downtown campus and another during the evening at a Phoenix location. There will also be sessions taking place in the Omaha area. Participation in the study is free, except for the cost of books.

Fit Minded is a program that empowers you to take charge of your health by learning about yourself and cultivating your self-worth. It’s a book club in which you read inspiring and informative books then discuss them online with your peers.
