Rewards and Incentives
Fit Minded wants you to be successful at maintaining your physical activity. One way to help motivate ourselves to be active is to reward ourselves once we have completed the behavior. Sometimes it is difficult to be motivated but when you think about your new play list or the new shoes you can use to be active, you may feel more motivated to be active.
Listed below are just ideas for rewards for yourself. Feel free to create your own list. We hope you enjoy some of our ideas and that you use them to continue to motivate yourself. Don’t forget, internal motivation is a great way to reward yourself as well.
You don’t have to purchase something to be motivated! It’s a choice, and it’s up to you!
